Spring Pilates offers individual sessions with mat work, apparatus and equipment to help you develop better posture, strength and confidence in your body.
Clients are assessed personally to determine their individual strengths and weaknesses. Your programme is then tailored to your individual needs, and you will be professionally instructed during every visit to the Studio.
We use modern Pilates equipment to cover the breadth of traditional and new Pilates techniques. Spring Pilates offers small group studio sessions. Alternatively, one-on-one sessions are available for clients preferring a totally private workout.
Our instructors are highly experienced and APMA accredited, with diverse backgrounds in dance, theatre, sports and rehabilitation. |
